Steady Leadership

Our team mobilized a Principal Engineer with industry experience the same day to take the full-time on-site position of interim Software Development Manager for twelve months. During this time, this technical leader fostered a healthy productive environment.

Product Management

In concert with the product management team at Positronic who provided learning luncheons, one-on-one mentorship, and guidance to establish a formal set of policies and procedures, this leader successfully completed the transition to agile.

Transition
